Although Terance had not spoken about how his night with Lyra had gone, Rannoch had been left to assume that it went moderately well. He had not asked about the result of their moonlit venture, as he supposed that Terance would have told him how it had gone. 

"Maybe you could talk to her about it?" his head tilted as he regarded Terance kindly. "You guys have talked recently... right?" If they had, Rannoch hadn't heard about it.
