hydra had him in a rough place. he was torn between her and rannoch-- still. but this time, it was different, to leave meant something entirely different, but now? he couldn't back out... he had to go. but terance wasn't dirge-- he didn't have the grace of language on his side. in fact, he could hard summon a single word to justify anything-- to even comfort. "i don't... know why he did that," terance merely murmured softly, his ears pressed tightly against his crown. 

"i'm... my own wolf, hydra... i don't think that about you... and i never will. i... i can't justify this to you-- i don't know how. but, i love you, and i always will, and no matter what they say or do i'll always think highly of you," he said, his voice probably so annoying with all of his cut-short statements. but he couldn't help it, the words just weren't coming, he was forcing himself to find the words. he pleaded again. "please."
