He closed his eyes and let out a sigh of relief at her answer. He returned her kiss, but his was not soft; it was needy and demanding. He pulled away to met her gaze. "I felt the same pull the night we met." His eyes glittered with his unspoken love. "and I'm keeping you forever," he added with a tender smile. He knew he loved her, but he couldn't say the words. It was a problem he had often; not being able to put words to his feelings. 

He pressed his head to her cheek and kept it there, hoping his inability to speak his love didn't hurt her. If she could just be patient, he knew for her, he would be able to say it eventually.
