tegan shot bat a look when she got all babyish and tried hiding behind him, taking a big ol step to the side. the fuck? we're big body, don't fucking show your weaknesses holy shit. and damn. tegan shrugged at the red-ladies response, which was useless to him but... well, useful too, he guessed. he had information for caiaphas-- which was 'nah bitch, they gone.' whatever. 

also, did this lady... seem interested? in caiaphas? in his mysterious sharp-faced woman? he noticed the way she looked when he'd mentioned her name, and he was now SUSPICIOUS. his head tilted. "a few months, yeah," tegan said, and then dove right into some juicy shit, "do you know her?"
