She smiled as she said the last part like she always did, remembering her parents telling her the story. She always felt a little sad when she talked about her family because she missed them a lot, but she loved the story so much, so she never minded telling it. It turned out to be kind of fitting as I got older because if anyone took their eyes off me, I would disappear off somewhere exploring something or following a scent.
