Elwood's acceptance of her offer stirred Wildfire's tail. She glanced between the two of them, so immensely grateful that there were two such wonderful wolves in her life she could always turn to in times of need, whether that was a home or just a listening ear. Peregrine and Fox were long dead now (can y'all believe it's been two years?) but Elwood and Finley had risen to their role of godparents rather remarkably, even for those who'd been long grown themselves.
