Kiwi sensed Niamh's eagerness and it helped to jump start her own.  Oh yes, she was ready.  Honestly the idea of chasing wasn't nearly as appealing as the idea of tearing something apart.... she'd not done it before, and for some reason, it seemed like it would be extremely satisfying.  If the coyote was trespassing, then it was asking for it.
