It was well past high noon when Kavik made it back into the territory from his most recent search. He had, again, found no sign of Helios or Zephyr, and calling the search off while still empty handed had put him in quite the sullen mood. He made his way to one of caches to pull out some food for Rosalie but stopped when he came to edge of the rushing creek. He suddenly felt incredibly exhausted, so he took a seat next to the water, a heavy sigh moving from his chest as he looked out over the stream. It was rare for him to ever take a break, but he found himself overcome with despair and just needed a minute before he continued with his usual duties.
