Ravensblood Forest Season of Change

The dark forest was both mystical and mysterious, though it held much more of a darker air to it then the forest which she lived. Her forest was thick too but with spruce, pine...but there was something about the bleeding trees in this place and the endless stares of the murder of crows which looked down upon her. She stared back up at them, icy eyes locked until the sound of crunching footfalls snap her attention back earthward. 

In the distance she would see a dark golden tail high in the air, waving with an excitement, a dominance. Then a sudden flash, a rabbit dashing past throughout the forestry, the golden, white and black female following in pursuit. Vallkyrie's body by now has hunched, curiously watching, head down yet pulled forward eagerly. 

Her legs quiver, instinctively ready to take pace after the other woman falters, to pick up where she had left off. It was what packmates did after all, picking up the slack when another tires, working together. But she was not a pack mate and this was not her hunt so watched as Auriel lost pace by hitting into the tree, rabbit now a lost cause.

Maybe next time... She spoke, lifting back up to her full leggy height  once more and taking a few even paces towards the other woman. The crows, protesting the sudden influx of noisiness from the wolves, began up their chatter again. Harder to hunt with so many eyes on you. Though it would seem the female lacked some structure, Vallkyrie wasnt outright going to insult someone she only just met.
