jr walks the borders, settling into her normal afternoon routine. the sun was warm upon her back, the air filled with a heavy humidity that hinted at coming rain. each breath felt a little bit like she was slogging thru water; and she takes breaks often. to cool off beneath the shade of the nearest tree, to drink from a puddle.
