Maman had been stern with @Tousaint, and now he was gone. Chaudry was not content to lose his only friend so easily.

He knew the boy had come from the coast, and now he came to search. He had tracked criminals, and they had been found with ease - but a gentle approach did not suit him. However, he would need to learn should he find Tousaint.

Approaching the grove he spotted a wolf sat on the shore, to which he was quick to trot towards. It was not who he was looking for, but maybe they had seen the boy.

"Excuse me? I am searching for a friend, I would like to ask you a few questions." His words were nearly confrontational, and for a moment he wondered if he knew how to speak any other way.
