snowwoman would not attack just yet, not until he returned the hostility that was visible in her body, in every vein and every muscle. nanuralaaq's tail would flick against ameline, then, in what was both reassurance and a note to stay on alert, for a loner slinking around a meadow that was quite clearly a claimed hunting ground was a man that may not fear anything at all ; and that would make things much more difficult.
