towhee watches the exchange between cole and the stranger, surprise at the stranger's brazen nature drawing up her brow, which then turns into a silent snarl, speaking of not just her but cole so unabashedly. though she can not interpret intention, she chooses to take it like her and cole are just pieces of meat to the stranger. it stings like an insult.

as tvar pushes his way onto the scene, her golden gaze snaps to him. a ghost of a step closer taken — which unfortunately draws her nearer to the stranger who sought her out first.

a part of her knows she should be making it clear that she could handle herself: that she was no damsel in distress ... but she is bound to serve her instincts; overpowering and all consuming as they were at the moment. she watches the stranger leave, watches cole depart and turns her burning golden gaze to tvar.

-come here.- it is an ill-veiled invitation that is meant to come across as a command; towhee's desperate attempt to feel like she had some small sliver of control in a situation where she feels like she has none. he is free to refuse her of course and part of her wonders if tvar will refuse her as she watches him with a hawk-like intensity.
