Fin pulled back as the child began to squirm about on her side and belly. Bewildered. Was it happy? Was it sad. Was it even aware of its own emotions? Her heart was throbbing worriedly as she watched the child flail, but ever so suddenly, it occurred to her that it was actually a little.. silly. Fin bit her bottom lip as she watched, the humor in it suddenly taking her, in spite of the fact that the kid just kept on wailing like something was gnawing on her intestines.

Fin pushed herself upwards a few inches off if the ground so that she could hover ever the tiny girl's body. Amidst the flopping limbs, Fin pushed her nose gently against the little pup's biddy body, snuffling gently into her belly with a tiny smile, wondering what exactly the flaily little potato would make of this new sensation.
