Tormented Tarns cool enough

The male was quick enough to catch his avian prey, something she watched intently, head down as she prepared to swoop in if he needed her. The wolf came away bleeding lightly judging by the tinge of iron teasing her olfactory nerves but altogether fine and unfazed. Good. He even offered her the kill, showing that he could think beyond himself and for those of his pack. 

"Your name within these borders is Pita." A slight smile curled her lips again, amused with herself. "Catch what you will and deposit some of it into the cache inside the borders. Eat. Rest up. Get your ass patrolling. Warden and Warrior are required skills within Sawtooth Spire." Her ear twitched, swiveled to listen to a distant howl. Was it Arverk? No. The tone was wrong and it was not for she or any of their group. 

She almost turned away then but paused again, thinking. "Nanuk. I am the Beta here." Probably important info. Probably.
