Emory stood at the edge of Larksong Grotto, relieved the territory was still there. A petite sliver of doubt followered her as she trailed farther into her friends pack. She wondered how much had changed since she left both her twin and her old friend. She was only lucky to find her way back to Teekon. Hopefully, Reek, who she had no idea his name changed, was still the leader. If not, she'd surely be attacked for even stepping foot on the edge. It had been a long few months away from her family - well, her brother that is. Which took a toll on her, they were inseperable and to be stripped of her partner in crime was heartbreaking.
It was a dumb decision to go wandering about Teekon alone, without any guide or stable idea of the terrain. She ended up lost, only getting farther and farther away from her brother and friend the more she traveled. Of course, she would never openly admit her mistake, but the fact lingered in her mind. Fortunately, she returned and managed to make it alone by using her alluring looks and personality to get whatever it is she wanted, except for the one thing she never got - Charley. She didn't expect much to change since her departure, but it wasn't as though she came unprepared.
Her nose twitched, searching for any sign of her old friend whom she desperately needed, in order to gain the answers she'd been striving for.
