It wasn't until Rannoch pointed it out that Lagan realized how that might've sounded. He did not have babies of course, he was hardly one yet; but he couldn't wait until he could have them. He sometimes liked to imagine a bunch of little hims running around doing him things. It was amusing to think about, and exciting, but for now the firebirds would do.
