she had made a rather sudden decision after her past few days of isolation.  while she was no longer out to impress mato, she was still a member of this pack and therefore maybe it would do her well to be more active.

so she crawled out of her den in the early morning, first clearing out her own living space and then moving to the cache, separating the good meat from the bad.  once that all is reorganized, she decided that the borders don't have enough of her scent (how petty), so she heads off to the outskirts of the forest.

she doesn't even stop herself when she smells her packmates nearby, deciding instead to peek into the clearing they were in herself, unknowingly interrupting as she is the source of all the drama.
