Kavik had been patrolling the border; a task that he had always enjoyed and was glad to be able to do again. He was new here, but he still felt the pull to guard this territory and its inhabitants. 

Soon, though, he came upon a wolf he didn't recognize. That wasn't all too alarming, since he didn't know most of the wolves here, but the wolf was...dancing? He thought that to be strange, but figured it rude to not introduce himself. As he approached the other wolf he gave a quick nod and said, "Hi."
