She must've traveled for days already as she neared the border of the Teekon Wildernis, her intention to leave making her paw pads itch. Or perhaps that was the blood that spilled out of the cracked parts drying up. Walking hurt. Thinking hurt. Had she eaten yet? A shuffling noise of the gentle feet of a mouse sent her fluttering over the fields rather carelessly, chasing one of the only chances she had had to get something in her belly. When the mouse was just between her teeth as she took its life, the retreating frame of the male stopped her dead in her tracks.

Especially now could she feel her paws burning. If she didn't seek proper medication for the wounds, they would probably get infected. She never did have a thing for healing herself though, she was a warrior - a commander - through and through and so her problems went ignored for the time being. She wondered if the male had seen the whole ordeal.
