Otatso Wetlands young, dumb, and full of... you know ;)

after waiting out the cold night, the two young wolves set off. the longer they took, the more max longed to be at the coast again. she loved traveling as much as the next guy, but this was terrible. journeys were fun if you were with a group of cute girls in a warm summer. one dude in an unrelenting winter? ehh... not so much.

sometime during their travels @Lava had suggested they split up to find some food, which max had agreed to. she quietly strolled along with her nose to the ground. she eventually found herself sloshing through some cold mud. yuck.
