All Welcome
He's not on the borders, per say, but near them, closer to Firefly Ravine. BUT I want him to meet a Rusalka woof as he passes by.  :) This'd be set like a week after briefly meeting Dio so he won't smell anything like Drageda by now.

Jackalope took his time as he travelled South, skirting along a river that trailed down from a mountain and through a tangled underwood. The winds the day before had been gruelling, so he had sttled down in the tangle to weather a potential storm; one could never be too careful when travelling near the coast. And if there really was a pack close by, just down the coast from where Dio lived, then he wanted to make sure he was rested, fed, and well-kept by the time he reached it. That was Jackalope's way; he did not want to so much as pass by a pack's territory in less than top condition, for a traveller. He ate as he travelled, and managed his distance travelled based on how much he was able to hunt and eat. He had no agenda, after all, so he could take as much or as little time in one place or another without having to worry about anyone waiting up for him.

He haunted the same nook in the tangle for four days straight before he resumed his travel South, after having hunted the rabbits in that area. Even staying in one place that long was likely pushing it, but the hunting had been good so he'd milked it for all it was worth. It'd been a nice respite, after travelling pretty steadily for a week, but now he was ready to travel again. He continued to keep himself oriented between the mountains and the ocean, but as soon as he caught the scent of border markings, he was careful to steer clear of them. So this was the pack that Dio had mentioned; they were rather close, weren't they? Less than a day's travel, or so he figured...But he'd taken much longer so that he could hunt and rest before setting out again.

As he had with the borders of the previous pack, he gave them space, but kept his grey gaze trained on the coastline and the woodlands that they would have claimed to see if anyone might pass by the borders while he made his way south. He was interested to get information from them- even just as much as a pack name- as a peaceful passerby who liked gathering information for his own personal map.
