Hushed Willows i ka hale

The sound of a wolf could be heard thumping their way over, to which Noelani waited patiently. Upon the soot colored girl’s arrival she was welcomed by the newcomer, ”Aloha!” she greeted with a grin so wide her eyes closed. When her smile lessened was she able to catch sight of the clearly pregnant she-wolf. 

She was quick and to the point, not what she had expected but definitely not something she disliked. The wolf glanced up at the sky as she pondered the assumed leader’s inquiries.”I guess you could say that. I am in need of a home.”

She bowed her head slightly as a sign of respect, a custom so innate that she hadn’t considered it might not be practiced at this sanctuary. ”I’m Noelani.”
