All Welcome
The days passed swiftly after the birth of Stone and his sister, many of which were merged together. If he wasn't busy sleeping through them then he was pleasantly gorged on milk and too drunk off the calories to notice as time passed by. It was an easy life: wake up, eat, sleep. Occasionally someone would visit, but his senses had yet to develop enough to make sense of those moments; the vibration of quiet voices sometimes surprised him, but overall Stone was like a brick, utterly useless and unaware.

Time and care caused the cubs to grow, of course. At some point Stone's eyes opened and his ears uncurled, and one night he became excessively fussy as a result. @Dawn would struggle to get him to relax and fall asleep, however, by morning Stone had adapted and was back to his sleepy self. He grew more curious as the days wore on; mostly investigating his babbling @Brook of a sister and developing some of his conversational skills through mimicry of her pretty voice. The blur of new vision took time to clarify in equal measure - the figments that made up his family were blobs of hazy color mixed like boundless watercolor configurations upon a damp canvas, but Stone could tell light from dark and that was enough for now.

He was more mobile too. Except, when his dear mother was busy tending to his sister or taking a break outside of the den, Stone refused to budge an inch. He cloistered himself in the den and burrowed against Brook whenever possible, and wouldn't even stand up to greet @Aditya if then man were to visit - nor anyone else on sitting duty - until his sister had vetted them herself. The boy was shy and cautious. Once Brook had decided they were safe it was easy for Stone to switch in to play mode; crowding the stranger so that he could inspect their scent, taste gobs of their fur, or play tug at their toes. Always a blur, though. He learned the differences between mom's pale coat and dad's earthy one quickly.

Whoever was visiting them now - and wherever Brook had tawdled off to - Stone knew that he was safe, warm, fed and happy.
