All Welcome
Reyson had told Rhonen of this place. Where mountain goats roamed. And Rhonen was as large as his father. So he had no doubt he could catch one of these beasts like him with practice.

So with a gentle hum. He began to watch them. Then he would stall, but for now he just watched.

while akavir patrolled, eivor hunted a breakfast.

goat was top of any menu here, though she had explored enough to understand that swifts and pika made their homes among the hard stone as well. a small variety, but enough to hone different hunts as she moved.

there was a boy here, a young wolf, with a bearing that seemed keen too upon the hunt. eivor approached with an easy stride, crouching nearby as she tilted her gaze to search with him.

Rhonen was not that skilled. So he stood briefly wondering what it was he was supposed to do. Chase it obviously. Bite it too. Rip it's throat out? That thought actually made him a little ill. He had hunted small game, but n othing this large. He stared in awe at teh giant horns on some of the rams heads. And swallowed thickly.

He blinked in surprise when another settled near him. A dip of his head. A deep breath. Hehehello iii'm rhrhorhonen.

a boy. a stuttering boy. "hello, rhonen. i am eivor of kvarsheim. and he will be our dinner," she assured him with a bright grin.

"we will run him off the ledge, do you see? the danger is when he fights back," the hunter went on, moving right into the underbrush as she jerked her head for rhonen to follow.

they would circle to surprise the ram.

She didn't even blink as he gave his name. She made no comment about his stutter. She did nothing. Simply took his name and then ran with it. She began chase.

Rhonen surprised stood still for a moment and then raced after her. He listened to her plan. It was a good one. Not without it's problems fo rinstance what if the beast decided to veer elsewhere. Then they were in trouble. But perhaps it was not smart enough to do so.

he was a powerfully built boy and this hunt would put him to work. eivor rushed the creature and set it to flighting run ahead of them. "go!" she shouted, veering left and showing that rhonen should go right.

their flanking would trap the ram, keep him in frightened corridor as the edge of the cliffline loomed. an extra rush of flashing speed given; a glance offered her young hunting counterpart.

Rhonen didn't share that despite his sheer size he was not a very spy individual. He carried his weight well. But he was awkward at teh best of times. Unsure often where to put his paws and the like. But she made it seem easy and as such he followed along.

Rhonen went right as commanded. And chased after the creature. Blue eyes landing on the rear of the creature and instinct rising up.  Rhonen added a burst of speed and a snap of pearly teeth. Chasing the creature. They would have a nice prize at the end.
