Stavanger Bay all this time

Thistle sighed softly. She wasn't sure if Charon even understood half of what it took to be a leader. Or even if he understood her. He was selfish, there was no getting around it. As much as she loved the young man, he was selfish. She realized as this dawned on her, that he would never understand where she was coming from, at least not until he gained some maturity under his fur. He was going to have to fall, and fall hard to understand she was thinking. 

Thistle stared at him as he spoke. His smile was fixed and strange. She knew then that he really didn't mean what he said, he was just saying it to appease her. At least not all of it anyway. She huffed quietly, but gave a quick nod of affirmation. Charon it would do you well to think of others as a leader. That's all I'm saying on the subject. You are right moving forward is the only thing to do. Thistle grew quiet and stirred her paw across the ground. Thinking hard about what to say and how to say it.

She wanted to lay this argument to rest, it was ridiculous. Neither one of them were willing to give where they were concerned. Thistle was actually a little disgusted in general not just at Charon. She was tired of giving, and giving and getting nothing in return. Honestly sometimes it felt as if that was all she did.
