It had been some time since her last foray across the river, where she had met a strange reluctant guard, and Seregryn is eager to explore beyond the confines of the mountain. She finds her way to the base of the Sleeping Dragon, worms through the trees until the riverside comes in to view, and paces alongside it for a few hours; studying the current, watching for fish, and signs of life from either side. She wonders if the intruder from the other day made it back across, or if they were unaffiliated — and eventually her curiosity outweighs all things.

Seregryn seeks out a shallow patch of stone and pebble, and then finds her way across the river. Her paws are slick and damp, but once she crosses over they are swiftly dried upon the grass growing sparsely on the other side. The first thing she does is cross to a patch of shadows, hiding among them with the intent to spy upon the area for some time before continuing. It would be pointless to try and explore the forbidden other side if there were guards posted.

But there is nothing. No sound to indicate a patrol, no scent lingering in the spring air to hint at any sort of force. Unless the wolves across the river were so skilled as guardians as to hide from her sleuthing (which was something Seregryn believed she excelled at), she should have run in to another beast by now. Perhaps even the warrior she had confronted the last time. The lack of presence makes her relax her guard considerably, and she slinks out of the shadows, heading south with a look of wonderment upon her face.
Please be aware, this character is not a wolf-dog cross of any kind.
Her colors and patterns are inspired by Belgian Malinois dogs, but she is 100% wolf.
