She smiled. At least he got it. That did not mean she would forgive herself for missing another recruiting session, though. But, she supposed, her children were more important to her anyway. Vassago and Pyro had gone through enough bad stuff already, and leaving them without guidance once again would not be the smartest move.

She wondered if he knew the rules already though, for she assumed a hunter would cross the border many times. Perhaps you'd make a great Gamekeeper someday. She chuckled. If you ever want to train you fighting skills, you can go to the Warlord -Aeronwyn, or one of the squires. She informed, the best intentions in mind. She wished she had time to spar with every squire individually more often, but that was not her job. She was there to protect, the Warlord did the training.
