It took some time, but they eventually had it cornered. Poe was panting heavily as she came to a stop, feeling exhausted. She knew she couldn't call it quits yet, though. Now came the fight.
Except. She really wasn't a fighter. Poe met the canine's snarl with her own bared teeth, but she hesitated. She glanced over at Quixote, looking for instruction. She would absolutely take his lead, but she never preferred to kill. Didn't mean she wouldn't, just that she wasn't going to be the one to pass that particular sentence.
