Valdemar’s been quiet as of late; he does his job, hunts and patrols and socializes when expected of him but he doesn’t mingle in the way he ought to. No real reason. Maybe a rough adjustment period. Legion is new to him, and he’s new to Legion.
He’s on the daily grind when he’d picked up the lack of refreshers from his boss specifically. It doesn’t quite seem like her.
By the time he finds her scent, he’s trailed in Legion territory pretty deep. The lake is nearby, and it doesn’t take Valdemar long before he spots the boss lounging underneath a tree.
