Blacktail Deer Plateau The show must go on [pack meeting]

Amber trots through the dark forest. No alertness at all, just out for a nice walk. She had lots on her mind, Junior and Runt. Runt mostly. Negative things flowed through the girls brain, but the most feared was, what if she gets caught? A great howl cut off her thinking. She could tell it was Dante who was calling the pack. Oh no, what if he found her?! She ran as fast as she could to the howl. Amber did not know that it was a howl for a pack meeting, she thought it was a howl to summon the pack to attack Runt. She knew nothing about pack meetings.


She bursts through the trees, her eyes wide and terrified. But she did not see Runt, only the wolves of her new pack. She then realized there was no attack and all the wolves around her seemed calm. Her ears and head drooped with embarrassment.
