Elke is a sea of pale fur and dark points (face, paws, tail, chest, cape) covering a heavily muscled, entirely unfeminine, body. Pups could easily be lost in the depths of her thick mane-like ruff, and her tail would make for an adequate blanket. Those, almost glowing, pale yellow eyes stand out against her dark face in stark contrast. She isn't abnormally large for a timber, but she's definitely above average for a female.

Despite the lightness of her coat, there is nothing 'muddy' or dirty about Elke. She takes great pride in her physical appearance - even if she always looks like she rolled out of bed on the wrong side or was tossed through a wind tunnel - she has a very precise, unkempt look about her.

Her gums and tongue are black, which hints that some sort of domestic dog was introduced into the gene-pool somewhere down the line.
