Appearance
Griffin is a large, solid black, male wolf. A thick black, double coat sits over a muscular skeleton. Heavy in the winter and looser in the summer, but never loosing the rounded appearance that makes him seem larger than his body actually is. He has a large body, tall legs and big paws, he is bigger than most average wolves. Griffin has piercing amber eyes enhanced from the shadows of his charcoal fur. He appears mean and fighting, as a creature no creature would want to cross paths with.
Personality
Despite Griffin's appearance, aggression and fighting is something reserved for desperate measures. Griffin is calm and friendly with a relaxed demeaner. He is confident and very good at defusing a situation or strategizing. He is very social and friendly towards those he knows well and will do his best to ensure they are doing well. His pack and those he cares for are always the most important to him, and he will always do all he can to defend them. He is aware of his weaknesses and knows how to avoid situations which would be reckless.
Biography
Griffin was born and raised in the woodlands of Alaska, he was part of a large family pack and for the most part had a good and healthy upbringing. As he grew into a teenager, a mix of wolf politics and an instinct to travel sent Griffin in search of new lands to explore.
He traveled a great distance on foot, with no knowledge of where he was going and no destination. Griffin made ends meet by eating abandoned carcasses and catching small prey alone.
