her natural charm and exuberance often pulled others to her side, and though maeve’s bonds ran deep, she felt a yearning for connection that the pack alone could not fulfill. always the first to leap into mischief with reckless abandon, even at the expense of her pack. this brazenness, however, created tension with her packmates, who valued propriety and restraint. eventually, she left her birthplace to become a nomad, bound to nothing by no one.
