Personality
A warrior at heart with a soft spot for cubs, Zylah does not lend others her trust easily. While depending on her pack members when the time calls for it, she is careful about those she lets her walls down around.
Having spent more than a year on her own, she has sharpened her skills to become a hunter and survivor of dangerous stature. However, when crossing a pack's territory, she knows her place and will avoid confrontation if she knows she can't win, simply wanting to survive and find a home to call hers.
Fiercely protective of those she loves and willing to fight when necessary, Zylah is a strong pack member who will always do her best to ensure they survive.
When her walls come down, Zylah is very sweet, compassionate, and a great listener. She can, at times, have a short temper, but does not usually raise her voice even when angry.
Zylah has what humans call pyrophobia; she was exposed to the man-made creation while on her own travels and was cornered to the point where she almost didn't survive.

Biography
Born to a pair of Yukon Territory wolves, Zylah inherited her name from her grandmother, a dark-colored wolf who blended in with the shadows. Despite being white, she is able to blend in with the snow just as well as her ancestor did the dark, hence her name.
The only surviving pup of her litter due to stillborn siblings, Zylah was trained from whelping age to one day take over her pack. She excelled in hunting, especially in the winter, and with the knowledge passed on from her parents became one of the most valuable pack members when food was scarce.
Prized for her white coat, Zylah's pack came under attack by humans, and everyone was driven apart. To this day, Zylah does not know where any of them went, spending months searching for them before wandering south in the hopes to get away from humans and forge a new beginning.
