Can I join other threads while I wait for my joining thread to finish?

I created a thread to join the pack Blackfeather Woods here: http://wolf-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=19734 but I am just waiting for a reply. I was just wondering if my character would be in the pack yet? I want to continue roleplaying, but I'm not sure I can if my character hasn't been fully accepted into the pack.

You'll have to wait until there's an IC acceptance before you can role-play him as a member of the pack. In the meantime, you could always post threads and post-date them prior to his joining thread, where you can role-play him as a lone wolf.
