It was a common dream, and one that many wolves chased. Luke himself had been urged to disperse by his mother, and in truth, he had only clung to his natal pack out of grief. It had been in his blood since he was but a pup to strike out and find his own way, he just needed a little push when his stubborn unwillingness to let go of the past threatened to hold his paws from ever taking another step forward.
