Akuti's ears spun atop her head as she tracked both Day's words and the distant calls of an avian flock. She'd been keeping track of the prey animals, both alive and perished, and hadn't had much time to look for a den. It was freezing too, so it was unlikely that her efforts alone would've done enough damage to the ground for a den-sized space to be filled up.
