Gwen. Birk furrowed his brow and scratched behind his ear - an odd ritual that occasionally helped you remember things. Perhaps the scratching increased the blood-flow to the brain and therefore to the relevant memory compartments. Whatever the reason, it did not help him this time. The name did not ring a bell to him, while the looks of the person emitted familiarity. 

"Sorry - not a clue," he gave up and shook his head. "But my name is Birk - nice to meet you - again - anyway!" he added with a smile.
