Grezig was not, in fact, hunting today. Just doing patrols. Sure, they didn’t own this spot, but her instincts ran hard and since they were still around this area, she often did perimeter checks to make sure there weren’t any potential threats around. When she caught scent of an unfamiliar wolf in the brush, she picked up her pace and followed it. Perhaps they would be another recruit—or someone to chase off. She’d only know once she saw them.
There, up ahead, nose down, following a scent trail of some kind, by the looks of it. Hunting, maybe? Well. He still needed to know that there were other wolves in this area. Grezig let out a chuff, and said, “Hey.” It was meant as a greeting more than anything, but, as usual, the word came out sounding gruff and demanding, as if she were reprimanding this stranger for being here. Oops. That was just how she talked, unfortunately.

Closing this. HMU if you want a new thread!
The male, however, didn't seem much for talk. And he was the only one there, not much of a threat. "Be aware that there is a group of wolves here. We are not settling here, and we will be moving on soon. We are not a threat, so do not be alarmed. Once she'd said her peace, she dipped her head in goodbye and moved on.
