Big Salmon Lake Desde el cielo para ti

She had grown restless on the mountain and had set out to search for herbs much sooner than she probably should. Most things were still thawing, and she was pretty sure she would return empty-handed, but the need to stay busy and useful drove her out the the lake anyway. 

She walked the water's still icy banks, searching for anything that might be of use. Not surprisingly, she didn't really find much. The healer stopped to inspect a few small rocks, turning them over with her front paw to look for moss but found nothing. When she started to move again, a curled form on the ground in the distance caught her attention. Oh no, she whispered when she realized it was a soaking wet wolf. She sprinted over, too worried to remember to be cautious. Are you okay? she asked gently as she came to a stop next to the girl. You must be freezing. She wanted to wrap herself around the poor thing and offer her own warmth, but she waited to judge the other wolf's temperament first; she may not be too receptive to being touched by a stranger.
