Here they were, wrapped up in another bout of trying to fix his broken ass. Siqsa had come to terms eons ago that nothing could glue together the shambles that made him, but it was the hope in Liri's eyes that kept him tagging along, the omen behind the angel, garnet gaze daring anyone to test her in any form or fashion no matter his state. As silly as it sounded to the man who believed it was fruitless to continue on, he's readily lay his life down for the woman who'd taken pity on him when he was on his last leg. Liri hadn't ever left him-
And as he stood at her side, watching her flash her tail and high her head, he knew there was no going back. He gave encouragement to her unintentional reflexes, keeping his bowed head clear of her space but near enough for her to know she was not alone in her defense. Whether this new dame was an ally or somebody else here to suck up to her, the Devil wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. Well, that was until it had been made clear that he was to get assisted healing from the other girl. Well yea, Liri told him and Sorin of this chick but he didn't really know her. She didn't show anything of him other than he got his ass kicked by a big elk deer thing. He couldn't even remember what it was.
"Asilas...fashis?" he turned to Liri asking, as though she could even understand what it was he had said. He had taken effort to teach her a bit of Tsis in their spare time, as she patiently brought him under a bit of her own older culture when they were alone, but it didn't meant either of them understood whatever they spewed at eachother over half the time. He sure as hell didn't want help from a woman he didn't know by heart, instead preferring Liri and her little treatments. He couldn't refrain from trusting her judgement, but damn he hated outside help. But it was much more evident as the Demon wheezed in a breath from heavy lungs. A small shard of rib bone had continuously knicked him in the lung, not thick enough or even large enough to cause massive damage, but it always had a tendency to jab him and cause a couple of blood droplets to spew should he start hacking up coughs.
Which threatened him now.
Taking a deep breath to still it, he tried to keep an apathetic look about him, intimidating even, but a drop of red landed between his massive forepaws. He refused to look at it.
Be careful, you don't want this.
Carefree, but there's a dark side that haunts this.
Want to roll with me? Better know your place-
Because if you look around,
you'll see you've lost your way.
