Hello? Were the lights on up there? This guy didn't seem fully present, slow to answer, and slower to continue the conversation. Toad wouldn't let his face show what he thought, but it seemed like Revui was a physical monster, a useful weapon, more than anything else. At least from this first impression. Who knew- maybe he'd impress him later on with intellect, but somehow Toad doubted it.
