She grumbled, side stepping back as another wolf made his approach- a young wolf, a yearling, though tall as she and the first smokey female. Ain't worth your nagging nor the sticks up your asses none either- not in this mess. 

And so she did as she demanded, turning round with a hop and bounding off northward towards home.
