The she-dog flinched slightly, paws fluttering as she backed up another pace -- ears lifting in alarm as her sapphired-dashed aquamarines watched the young he-wolf closely.

It seemed that he too only wished to help, leaving Imaq to silently observe -- ready to back away and leave the younger members of Atautsikut to their conversation if it became clear that her presence was unneeded or unwanted.
