The volatile man lunged as Sanja turned to run, missing her throat but coming close to grappling at her shoulder or her hip as she bolted away from him.
There was no reason to stick around. He clearly meant her harm. Sanja should have known better than to interface with someone outside of her family; this was a powerful lesson for her.
She wouldn't retaliate. It was safer to rely on her speed and the spike in adrenaline to fuel her away in to the dark.
