Melody, too, was avoiding some of Akashingo's members. Namely Senmut and the girl he'd fallen to pieces over. He'd hardly spoken to Melody since his return, it felt, and now — !
It was not her place, she knew that, but whenever she thought of him or that girl, something burning and bright green wrapped itself tightly around her insides. First Pharaoh had left, and now this, this... well, Melody was no one's fool but her own. She kicked rocks around the Mesa sullenly until she came across one of the newcomers, the mother, seemingly working on something. Her head tilted as she came to a stop not far from the other wolf. Need any help? Melody found herself asking, almost glad for the opportunity to distract from the rage brewing inside of her.
