his gaze sharpens, gilded eyes burning in the pale glow of the oasis moon. he is pleased. she submits, yes, but there is fire within her submission. not meekness. not fear. she is strong, as a queen should be.
his teeth flash in wolfish grin when she turns head to look at him. brushing their noses together. his breath fans against her lips, heat radiating from his gilded frame as he presses his hips against hers.
his paw trails down her side, claws grazing gently along her ribs—he will give, and he will take. his tongue glides along her throat, where her pulse beats furiously beneath the surface. he nips at the edge of her jaw, poised to take her;
and so he does.
