After asking around, Dune had managed to gather a small group to help him in his quest. He had tracked down a moose herd a couple of days ago, and he proposed that the four of them hunt together to take down one of the larger ones. It would not be an easy task, especially in this weather, but Amekaze was growing each day, and she would need the sustenance. Besides, Dune was eager to prove himself worthy of a more prestigious rank.

With the three in tow, he returned to the same trail he had found two days earlier. The trail was still clear, but visibility was low. He knew that the moose herd could not be too much further ahead. They would need to plan their approach carefully, so he began to slow his pace, glancing back at the others to let them know they shouldn't move ahead.
