Rannoch fell silent for a prolonged pause as he considered Liffey's statement at length. Ultimately, it made sense to him; they both knew the struggles that came with new children. Rannoch nodded as he came to his conclusion, and reached over to nudge his wife's cheek.
"You're right," he replied. "It would not only benefit them—it'd benefit the pack as a whole." As far as Terance was concerned, Rannoch was conflicted, but he didn't voice his concerns; Liffey was his wife—his queen. "We'll have to talk to the others, though," he began, "But, I don't think there should be an issue. You are my wife, and I need you to stand at my side."
